WE ARE BACK - BUT WITH NEW RULES AND SAFETY REGULATIONS

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Signs have been installed in the store to enforce the highest possible safety standards and the respect of the 2-meter rule - please respect the physical distancing for the sake of everybody's safety.

PHYSICAL BARRIERS

You will notice that Plexiglas has been installed in various places. This is required by CNESST due to Covid-19 in order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We also will also be restricting access to certain spaces within the store.

PHYSICAL PROTECTION

Barbers will be required to wear visors alongside with masks. Disposable coverall's will be changed between each service. Although not mandatory, we encourage our staff and customers to wear a mask during all moments.


SAFETY

Rest assured that we comply with the highest safety standards possible and all CNESST requirements. We use safe and effective disinfecting protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. HAND WASHING IS MANDATORY upon entering the store.

  • How can i book an appointment?

    You can book online via our website or by calling 438-497-9111.

  • Will you be serving any beverages or alchol?

    Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are no longer permitted to serve any beverages. It is a mandatory CNESST requirement.

  • Can i come with a friend?

    Due to COVID-19, our waiting area will be limited to 1 person only. Therefore, we kindly ask you to come unaccompanied until further notice. Adults with 1 child will be tolerated if the child is able to respect the 2-meter distancing requirements.

  • Are there any particular requirements on my side I should take into account due to Covid-19?

    We ask you to:

     

    -Cancel your appointment if you feel sick or if you have been in contact with a known case of covid-19 in the last 14 days.

    -Disinfect your hands upon entering the store at the front station

    -Respect the signs and 2 meters distancing at all times.

    -Arrive to your appointment on time

    -Although not mandatory, you are permitted to wear a mask if you please.
    Due to the nature of working with beards, we will kindly ask you to remove your mask during any beard work.

    -Cough and sneeze into your elbow.

    -Be respectful of others at all times.

  • What safety measures do you have in place during the presence of Covid-19?

    -Each customer will be required to disinfect their hands upon entering the store

    -We will be taking the temperature of every customer before entering the barber area (contactless)

    -Our barbers/stylist will be required to wear protective visors and masks

    -Our barbers/stylists will be required to change their coverall between every customer

    -We use 1 recyclable plastic cape per customer

    -Our stations and chairs will be disinfected with a dry fog of  Environize Anolyte50 and wiped with Environize 500 between every client

    -Our barbers/stylist will be required to wash their hand between every client and disinfect ALL tools using Barbicide, Clippercide, and Oster blade wash

    -Our Barbers are up to date and have received an official Certificate of knowledge through Barbicide's training and education program pertaining to proper safety measures during Covid-19

We strongly encourage you to book your next 3 barber appointments in advance. You can always move your appointments after, but you will have definitively secured your spots in our schedule before the busy summer months.

 

Since we will need to allow more time per customer to adapt to the new safety regulation, equipment restrictions, and proper disinfection, we will be unable to provide as many services as usual!
